SYNOPSIS
Bag of Stones uses body, sound and intimate conversation to explore a devotion that burrows incrementally deeper into the beloved. A story of the trappings of co-dependence, Bag of Stones is inspired by an economic discourse in Zambia, Bag of Stones uses as source material Zambian economist Dambisa Moyo’s book Dead Aid: Why Aid Is Not Working and How There is a Better Way For Africa, which looks at the complex impact of foreign aid in Africa.
